Terms and Policies

Terms of Purchase/Cancellation Policy: Online Classes & Recordings

  • All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of live online classes and recorded video content, all purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access is granted or the event link is provided.

  • Instant Digital Access: By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to lose your right of withdrawal or cancellation period, as the digital service begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

  • Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements to stream live or recorded content. No refunds will be issued for technical issues on the viewer's end.

  • Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels a live online class and cannot provide a rescheduled date or a replacement recording, a full refund for that specific event will be processed.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your monthly/annual membership subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all gated content and recordings until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew, and access will close. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.

Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

  • Personal Use Only: All live online classes, workshop materials, choreography, audio, and video recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of the Association. Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Strictly Prohibited: Recording, downloading, copying, modifying, broadcasting, or publicly screening any part of the classes or recordings is strictly prohibited.

  • No Link Sharing: Account credentials and digital links (such as Zoom or private video streams) are personal and must not be shared, forwarded, or published.

  • Enforcement: Unauthorized sharing or piracy will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund, and the Association reserves the right to pursue statutory legal damages under intellectual property laws.

Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

  • Physical Safety: By participating in our live or recorded dance classes, you acknowledge that dance involves physical exertion. You agree that you are in good physical health and voluntarily assume all risks of injury. The Association is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during practice.
